The importance of creating an energetic relationship with your business

Creating an energetic relationship with your business can be a powerful way to infuse your work with passion, purpose, and vitality. When you approach your business with a positive, energetic mindset, you're more likely to attract opportunities and build a strong, thriving enterprise. Here are some tips on how to create an energetic relationship with your business:

1. Define your purpose:

Before you can infuse your business with energy, it's important to have a clear sense of purpose. Why are you in business? What do you hope to achieve? When you have a strong sense of purpose, you can channel your energy and enthusiasm in a focused, meaningful way.

2. Surround yourself with positive energy

Your environment plays a key role in shaping your energy levels. If you're surrounded by negativity, stress, and chaos, it's likely that your energy levels will suffer. On the other hand, if you create a positive, uplifting environment, you'll be more likely to feel energized and inspired. Surround yourself with positive people, fill your workspace with natural light, and decorate with colors that uplift your mood.

3. Embrace change and growth

Business is all about change and growth, and it's important to embrace these processes with open arms. Instead of fearing change or clinging to the status quo, try to approach each new challenge as an opportunity for growth and development. This mindset can help you stay energized and engaged, even when the going gets tough.

4. Cultivate a strong vision

Your vision is like a beacon that guides your business forward. When you have a strong, clear vision for your enterprise, you'll be more likely to feel energized and motivated. Take time to visualize your ideal business, and use this vision as a source of inspiration and direction.

5. Stay connected to your values

Your values are the foundation of your business, and staying connected to them can help you stay energized and engaged. Make sure that your business practices align with your values, and take time to reflect on how your work is making a positive impact in the world.

6. Take care of your physical health

Your physical health is a key component of your energy levels. Make sure that you're getting enough sleep, exercise, and nourishing foods. Take breaks throughout the day to stretch, move your body, and recharge your batteries.

7. Celebrate your successes

It's important to celebrate your successes and acknowledge your hard work. When you take time to recognize your achievements, you'll be more likely to feel energized and motivated to keep going. Celebrate your milestones, and take time to appreciate the progress you're making.

By adopting these practices, you can infuse your work with purpose, passion, and vitality, and create a strong, thriving enterprise. Remember to stay connected to your purpose, surround yourself with positive energy, embrace change and growth, cultivate a strong vision, stay connected to your values, take care of your physical health, and celebrate your successes. With these principles in mind, you'll be well on your way to creating a fulfilling relationship with your business.

Meditative exercise:

Part of this relationship also includes meditating with your business in order to intuitively hear what your business needs and how you can fully show up to work everyday. Follow the directions below and take a moment to tap into your energy and listen to what your business has to tell you.

Find your favorite place that you can be the most productive in and sit there in your imagination.

Get yourself in an excited state about the day and business. Imagine you hear someone walk through the door, it’s your business.

Your business sits down and says thank you, thank you for all of the time, the years, the energy you have put into this so far. If it’s brand new business, it’s going to thank you for inviting it to the table and being brave enough to actualize it.

For a moment, listen to what it has to say. Really tap into the energy that is coming from your business today.

Answer the following questions:

How can you support, listen and be of service to this positive energy that is your business? Maybe you can prompt your business and ask: what is the priority today?

What is the priority this week?

What are we doing really well?

Where can we elevate and do better at? What needs our focus and attention?

Let your business tell you. Sometimes when we wear too many hats it can get cloudy. Remember that you that you are in partnership together and you can lean on your business and your business will hold you in the exact way you have been holding it. Invite your business to sit with you, be with you, love on you and support you.

Write in your journal what came up for you. Try to do this practice for 21 days early in the morning and by day 21 see what magic you’ve created in your business! Remember to be thankful!
